Our showroom consultants understand the building process and work with you and your contractor to ensure that your project stays within budget and that the right product is at the job site at the right time.
Ferguson showrooms are fertile grounds for ideas. You're welcome to come in and browse. If, however, you need the expertise of one of our consultants during your decision-making process, we request that you make an appointment. Ferguson showrooms offer the most up-to-date selection of faucets, fixtures and accessories on the market today. Kitchen and Bath Appointment Guidelines . . .
We want to make certain that your experience with Ferguson is the best it can be and that you have our undivided attention. Your consultation could take anywhere from two to four hours, depending on the size of your building or remodeling project.
The following suggestions will make the process easier:
- Bring your home plans.
- Know your allowance.
- Wear comfortable clothing - especially shoes.
- Bring magazines with ideas you like and color samples.
- Make arrangements for small children, if possible.
Well acquainted with building specifications, our consultant will show you the products your builder has specified and suggest alternatives. If alternatives are chosen, he or she will contact your builder to determine whether additional labor costs will be incurred as a result of your choices.
Once you and your builder agree on the product list, we'll ask you to come in and formally review your selections. It's important to carefully review your choices, because many manufacturers are very strict about restocking charges on returned products. In fact, unique finishes or colors sometimes cannot be returned. We want to make certain that you're 100% confident in your selections.
